Chain Pier was a short lived experimental distillery in Edinburgh built solely to create and experiment with different casks, makes and distillation methods.
Owned by Halewood International it was only operational between October 2018 and November  2019 while their Bonnington Distillery was being completed. During this time only 39 casks were produced – ours is number 38.
Now Chain Pier is closed and every cask is unique as they all differ in fill strengths and cask type.
A really special dram and a real rarity.
